New Cruise Ship Terminal in San DiegoMargeurite Elicone, a San Diego Port Disctrict spokeswoman, has declared that the construction contract has been awarded to Jaynes Corporation for a new cruise ship terminal last week. Jaynes Corp., which has offices throughout the Southwest, will begin construction early next month. Commercial projects such as the National City Public Library, Sharp Grossmont Hospital's crital care in La Mesa and the Village Walk retail center at Eastlake in Chula Vista are some of the builds by Jaynes Corp which is one of the 14 bidders for the terminal project. With an estimated cost of more than $21 million, the new terminal will be built on Broadway Pier and is expected to be finished by 2011. Designed by Miami-based Bermello Ajamil & Partners, a 52,000 square foot cruise ship terminal is expected to be operational by that same year. The project has been contreversial as there are some proponents that announces that the terminal will blog views of San Diego Bay and would violate the spirit of a 2005 waterfront makeover plan to show the pier as a public plaza. But officials from the port says that the pier and terminal can be visited and used by the public when ships are not in. Synerfied Capital INC CEO Now A Cruise Ship CrewDominic Adams arrived to the USA from Canada in 1994 without money, the ability to speak English nor education when he was 19 years old. Dreaming of becoming successful and be a known personality such as Bill Gates, he worked hard and is now the President and CEO of Synerfied Capital Inc.. He decided to minimize expenses for his business and cost of living expenses to survive by working on board a cruise ship. He is now sleeping on a bunk bed with basic accommodation and meals that allows him to cut expenses while running his on line store in a small and shared cabin while waiting for his success. His first job in the country was as a personal waiter, a bouncer and a waiter. After obtaining a citizenship and the knowledge to speak the language and others such as Spanish, he started a small business in the fitness industry. It was in 2002 when he was he able to acquire his own property in South Florida, which he remodeled and sold a few years later, through a small loan. It was when he was 26 years old that he was able to create NodorO. A product that can eliminate the cause of smell for MGO or Male Genital Odor. Without having the finance like those of Proctor and Gamble or Pfizer or other companies, he was able to launch his new product with 50 thousand dollars. In 2008, using all of the funds that he had left, he advertised his product on “The Howard Stern Show”. Mr. Howard Stern did introduce NodorO to America on national television with the help of David Letterman on the late show January of the same year. The product is now producing sales and is slowly getting more customers but it is only now, now that Adams is 34, that he realized the difficult way of launching a brand new product by having to have expenses by millions of dollars. Adam expresses "My goal is to keep the brand alive as long as possible through any means possible, so that the slow growth and word-of-mouth spreads and positions NodorO safely in the market place." He also adds "There are so many great business ideas that I have in mind and projects that I want to develop in diverse areas (see synerfied.com) but it all depends on the success of NodorO. I know that NodorO will be extremely successful, based on my personal experience on how it changed my self hygiene and life, and based on the rates of re-occurring returning customer who love the product, along with the magnitude of the untapped market".
